Probably the best investment in my health I've ever made. I'm 60 years old and wanted to maintain/increase as much lung function as I could and the HealthRider H79t does that admirably. With the separate iFit module I bought I can track everything I've done. I've had no problems with the treadmill itself - each function works correctly without problem. It's even survived a move to the new house (dis-assembly, transport and re-assembly) with me doing all of it and everything STILL working.
