Accessing Manuals
Can't Open Downloaded Manual - The manuals on this site are in PDF format. You need the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open and view them. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader here for free.
To download the manual right click on the manual link and choose 'Save Target As...' or 'Save Link As...'. This will download the manual to your computer instead of displaying it in a browser window.
Printed Manuals - You can get a printed version of a manual by calling our customer service hotline at 1-888-922-4222. Please have your model number with you when you call.
Where can I find the model number?
The model number is located on the front cover of your manual, and on the serial number decal.
Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number may appear in a few different places. Refer to the illustrations below to locate it on your machine. The serial numbers are printed on a white or silver decal.
Treadmills
SpaceSaver® Models:
1. On the right side opposite the power cord.
2. Inside of the upright base on the right side of the treadmill.
Regular Models:
1. Below the power cord.
2. On the right hand corner at the base of the treadmill. 
3. On the left side frame of the treadmill where the upright mounts to the bottom frame at base of treadmill. 
Systems
1. On the main frame under the seat or the backrest.
2. On the main frame along the floor.
Bikes
1. On the base frame at the rear of the bike. 
2. On the tube that connects to the seat post of the bike. 
3. On the main frame under the seat. 
Steppers
1. On the bottom of the upright bar that holds the monitor. 
2. On the vertical, main frame bar that lays parallel to the floor. 
Ellipticals
1. On the main bracket at the rear of the machine. 
2. On the main frame under the left pedal arm. 
3. On the inside of the bottom main frame under the pedal arms. 
Why can't you ship to PO or APO boxes?
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes with Internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our online order system can't determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.
What is the status of my order?
Use our Online Order Tracking to find the status of your order. Enter your order number in the box provided and click Submit. You can also contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-922-4222 or you can email us.
What shipping service do you use?
Your order will arrive within two weeks of the date you purchased it, unless the product is out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship heavy items by Roadway and Old Dominion freight lines. Lighter products are shipped by UPS.
What is my tracking number?

Will the person who delivers my order also unpack it and set it up?
We can only guarantee curbside delivery. You'll have to take it from there.
What is your return policy?
We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-866-896-9777 to set up a return. Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, put your machine back in the box and take it to your curb to be picked up. We will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and when we receive it at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax). If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery you will only be charged for the return shipping fee. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise.
All products must be returned in good condition and with all paperwork, parts and accessories or an addition 10% charge may be added.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
How much is a down payment?
Down payments include shipping and handling, sales tax, the first payment and finance charge, if appropriate.
Can I pay by check, money order or credit card?
Yes, we accept all of these for a one-time full payment. However, only a credit card can be used for payment plans.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a resident of one of the following states, state and local sales taxes will be added to your order.
AZ, CA, CT, GA, KS, KY, MD, MN, MI, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are not usually made on weekends. If you have questions about this, please call Customer Service at 1-888-922-4222 or email us.
What is your shipping policy?
All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse.
