Where can I find the model number?The model number is located on the front cover of your manual, and on the serial number decal.
Where can I find the serial number?
TreadmillsSpacesaver Models: Fold treadmill into upright position. There will be a white or a silver decal located on the frame in one of the following positions:
On the right side opposite the power cord.
Inside of the upright base on the right side of the treadmill.
Regular Models:The serial number may be located on a white or a silver decal in one of the following positions:
Below the power cord on a white or a silver decal.
On the right hand corner at the base of the treadmill.
On the left side frame of the treadmill where the upright mounts to the bottom frame at base of treadmill.
Systems
The serial number on a system may be located in two locations:
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame under the seat or the backrest.
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame along the floor.
Bikes
There are three possible locations for a serial number on an exercise bike. These are:
Look for a white or silver decal on the base frame at the rear of the bike.
On a white or a silver decal on the tube that connects to the seat post of the bike.
On a white or a silver decal on the main frame under the seat.
Steppers
The most common place to find your model and serial number is on a white or a silver sticker on the bottom of the upright bar that holds the monitor.
You will also want to look at the vertical, main frame bar that lays parallel to the floor.
Ellipticals
The model number and serial number on an elliptical machine can be found in one of three places:
The serial number may be on the main bracket on a white or a silver sticker at the rear of the elliptical machine.
The serial number may be on a white or a silver sticker on the main frame under the left pedal arm.
The model number and serial number decal may be located on the inside of the bottom main frame under the pedal arms.
How can I pay by Check or Money Order?

Why can't you ship to PO or APO boxes?
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can't determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.
What is the status of my order?
Use our Online Order Tracking to find the status of your order. Enter your order number in the box provided and click Submit. You can also contact Customer Service by calling 1-888-308-9616, or just Email Us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will arrive within two weeks of the date you purchased it, unless the product is out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
What shipping service do you use?
We ship heavy items by Roadway, ABF, UPS Freight, Dats and Old Dominion freight lines. Lighter products are shipped by UPS.
What is my tracking number?

Can I contact the freight company?

Will the person who delivers my order also unpack it and set it up?
We can only guarantee curbside delivery. You'll have to take it from there. Assembly is required on most of our equipment. We do offer an in-home delivery assembly service in many locations. Please call 1-888-308-9616 for details.
What is your return policy?
We give a 30-day trial period on all products. If you receive a defective machine we will be happy to send a replacement machine or give a full refund. Returns for defective and non-defective products must be arranged within 30 days of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied for any reason please call 1-866-896-9777 to set up a return. Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, put your machine back in the box and take it to your curb to be picked up. We will send a freight carrier to pick up your machine and upon receipt at our warehouse we will refund the purchase price (price of machine and tax) less to and from shipping charges. If you receive a defective machine you will receive a replacement machine or a full refund. If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery you will only be charged for the return shipping fee. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise (unless the merchandise is defective).
All products must be returned in good condition, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories or an additional 10% charge may be added. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
Can I pay by check, money order or credit card?
Yes, we accept all of these payment options.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a resident of one of these States, state and local sales taxes will be added to your order.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are not made on weekends. If you have questions about this, please call NordicTrack Shipping Relations at 1-866-896-9777.
What is your shipping policy?
All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
What if I want to cancel my order after it has shipped?
We will refund the purchase price (price of the machine and tax) less to and from shipping charges. If you were not charged for shipping on your initial delivery you will only be charged for the return shipping fee. A 10% restocking fee is also charged on all returned merchandise.
