like many others, i've had my nordictrack classic pro for years, and it's still my favorite thing. there used to be a repair/upkeep kit sold, and i wish i could get one now...i need four of those little glide tabs that are embedded in the sides of the skis and keep them gliding...there also used to ...  good machine but too much maintenance

I bought the nordic ski machine in Aug. 2008. The bottom ski's started shrieking in November. The user's guide and nordic customer service says not to lubricate the roller so I didn't. Fought with customer service to get it fixed. They wouldn't send service man even though I have extended warranty. ... (Read more)

 Good service but not the right machine for me

I got the skier. It was pretty easy to assemble. I had a hard time using it because one of the rollers was sticking. I called customer service and they sent me another roller with no problem. Installing the new roller was pretty straight forward and took maybe 10 minutes. But I never really cau... (Read more)

In general the machine is what is expected. Acceptable workmanship all around. I have been using the machine for a long time daily 30 minutes at a good pace.
