Can you really get a cross training workout on a treadmill? Yes, your fitness coach will guide you through workouts, designed by Certified Personal Fitness Trainers, that combine cardio and strength. At specific times during your workout, your fitness coach will stop your treadmill and coach you through a strength-training workout and will even count your reps and sets. Most fat-burning strength exercises encourage the use of dumbbells and an exercise ball. Once you finish your strength-training segment, get back on the treadmill and back to your cardio workout until your fitness coach prompts you to perform another fat-burning strength-training exercise. In all there are nine interactive Cross Training Workouts.
