It's a very smooth ride. I like the toe clips because they let me pull up on the pedal and push down. Resistance is smooth. I love being able to ride in the winter.

This Bike is wonderful tool in our fitness routines. The Whole Family uses it and enjoy the IFit card and the personality it bring to this machine, she has become part of the family :)The built in games make the time go quick as well!
