 Missing Power Pack

By Gene (Minneapolois, Minnesota) on Jan 14, 2009
Great equipment, however not having a power pack is not smart marketing. What is worse is being on hold "forever", then being cut off when I was tring to order the fricking thing.

 Easy to put together

By Ca Sun Boy (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) on Jan 10, 2009
Someone did some thinking when they packaged this product. There is only one thing I found hard to put together was the right and left foot pedals.

 No power cord

By Mex Crane (Houston Texas) on Jan 10, 2009
I put it together, got ready to use it but it did not have a power cord. No one keeps "D" cell batteries around. After looking thru the packaging material hoping to find it,I read that it is not included. I do not know whose idea it was to not include the power cord but it really inconvinience me. ...  Can you say "Piece of cake?"

By JoizeyGuy (Baltimore, MD) on Jan 12, 2009
I put this puppy together in about an hour and a half. The directions were flawless, the packaging logical, the results: perfect. The features in the console make this the equivalent of the equipment they have at our local club--but it's in our basement! Bye bye, membership fees! We're ordering the... (Read more)

 Awesome Little Elliptical

By Jane (Washington DC) on Mar 21, 2009
Bought this little beauty about 6 months ago.its the only ellipticalon the market taking a small fotprint but delivering an 18 inch stride. Battery pack not included was a bummer but I got one from local electronics shop for under $3. Awesome large fan on the console.

 This is a ripoff

By Wiseguy98 (Spokane, WA.) on Jan 21, 2009
I purchased this machine a little over a month ago. About two weeks into using it the resistance level became stuck and will not reset. Also the display head will not shut off when it's supposed to, draining the batteries over night. I have called the automated phone number and never spoken to an ac... (Read more)

 Customer service is a joke

By Bob (St. Louis) on Jan 31, 2009
After one week the resistance stopped working. It would only operate at a level 1. I was never able to get through to customer service. My e-mails were never returned. I returned the non-working machine back to the store.
