This machine is so simple and easy to use. I love the games you can play on it also. It takes my mind off working out so I can go for a little longer.

This bike is so comfortable, love the ease of the lever to adjust the comfortble and wide seat (my husband is 6'1 and I am 5'4") it's almost silent and the games make your workouts fly by. Most reviews on exercise equipment refer to ease of assembly so I will start there. For the most part, assembly was straight forward and the instructions were very clear with one or two exceptions. Great Bike, Great Price

I searched for a bike quite some time before deciding that the Exerplay 300 was for me, and I was right!
