Very Nice Machine, Except...

Comments: I bought this model to replace an old Reebok rear flywheel elliptical that I had used for years. I am very pleased with the comfortable stride and quality of the machine. I have found 2 problems with it: first and most bothersome is the tension level is hard, even on level 1. As I said, I have been using an elliptical at home and at the gym for years, and the tension on this machine makes it hard for me to do more than 30 minutes at a time; second, the pedal legs move and click where they are detachable from the flywheel (so that the machine can fold). It's an annoying clicking that can be heard and be felt through the pedals, interfering with the otherwise smooth operation. On the service end -- I had a problem with the console fan not working right when it came. Although the part was backordered and took weeks to come in, the service provider called right away and came out as soon as the part was delivered.
