a lot of features and easy on my joints

Comments: I thought this was the best looking treadmill and it had a lot of features for the price so I bought it. I paid my grandson $20 to put it together and it only took him about 25 minutes. My doctor told me to work out for 30 minutes a day and my joints feel ok after the workouts. I don't own an ipod so I haven't tried the speakers but the machine is easy to use. It's pretty quiet as well.
