It sure looks pretty but not what I expected for the price.

Comments: I needed to replace my 11 yr old treadmill because my knees couldn't take the abuse anymore and I ended up here. The deck is great and customer service has been helpful but the machine is too pricey for what you get, especially with the problems that have come with it. First, you can't program in any personal information (age, sex, weight, etc..) to get a calorie count. I overlooked that. Then when trying the heart rate monitor, UGH, I was just warming up and it registered 145, then 178, then 44. WHAT!! I have 2 others that register numbers in the same ballpark but this? OK, so I'll use my personal one every session and this will give me my HR and calorie count. I was off and enjoying my unit until the IFIT cards started having volume issues. Healthrider replaced these and was wonderful about it but they weren't any better. I was sent out a new console to see if this was the problem and this is when my husband got involved. He started to switch it out and noticed internal wires terribly bent. He started asking questions because he didn't expect this kind of workmanship from a machine that cost so much. When he found out about the sensors, IFIT issue, that the treadmill won't always turn on when start is hit and that sometimes when it is powered up the incline goes all the way up, he'd had enough. It had been put together for only 22 days and I was experiencing all these problems. He's bringing it back to the store tomorrow. For the price it shouldn't have all these problems, especially so soon.
