great product when all parts work

Comments: Love the machine but... First the right leg made a loud clunking noise. Notified the store, told to bring it back and they would exchange. That meant we had to take it apart and load it, which this machine is very heavy. Now we get a whole new unit, haul it in the house and assemble it again and this time the console doesn't work. Called ICON they sent new console and control panel that arrived 2 weeks later and that one is also broke. Called again and used there option that you don't have to stay on hold, they take your number and call you back when you spot comes up. Yeah, never heard from them. Waited another week and finally, light at the end of the tunnel. Once they got it right, the machine is great, love it. Very quiet, smooth, sturdy. It was worth all the trouble.
