Comments: This is my second healthrider. I use it about 4 hours a week and expect to continue using it. The Health Rider is comfortable and easy to use. Five Hundred pumps a day only takes about 15 minutes. It's an easy way to melt off the excess holiday weight.This is as good as it gets people. If you can't lose it with the Health Rider, you may as well just give up.... I know, because the proof is in the pudding. lol.
