Comments: Was having problems with my knees when I ran. I bought this treadmill along with some quality running shoes and the pain went away. Up to 12 miles once a week with no knee pain. The springs on the deck help the absorb the shock wave up the leg. Ive had this treadmill for 2 years and Its still running strong. Get the deck cleaning/lube kit and use it every couple of months. It will extend the life of the deck by years.
