Comments: This treadmill was easy to set up. I took me about 30 min to do by myself. All the difficult stuff is done for you. It is a little under-powered at low speed settings but strong above 3 mph. To fold up the base, it feels like about 25 pounds because there is a shock underneath it that fights the dead weight. That is not very bad at all. There is a fan, but don't count on that to cool you down if you plan on using this machine to get a strenuous workout! As always, I am happy with my nordictrack
