Review Headline: Good deal if you can get it for $200
Star Rating: 3.0
Product name: ProForm® XP 110 R Bike

Comments: This bike was $400 at Sears. I almost bought it for $300 when it went on sale but got there a day late. But what do you know.. It was on sale for 50% off -- @200.I got it home and put it together by myself. A couple pieces were a bit heavy and awkward -- some people will probably want help.pros: Price. At $200 I think it was worth it.Several difficulty levels (1-10) that you can change while you're exercising. I use levels 3,4 and 5. It's simple to use. You can set it to a difficulty level and watch your calories, time or distance. I usually try to burn 400-500 calories per workout. They also have pre-set programs that change the difficulty level for you.The Fan for your face works well. It's actually Pretty quiet - I watch TV while riding it. It's comfortable. This was one of the main reasons I got this bike. The seat is tiny enough that the back of your thighs don't rub against it as much as some of the other bikes.Cons: The heart monitor is all over the place -- maybe it's me. The seat isn't exactly in the middle so if you're OCD like me it might bother you. If you have people with different leg lengths using it, the seat isn't easily moved. The screws used to hold the console to the bike are very small making me use extreme caution whenever touching it (changing settings or getting heart rate). The pully inside is plastic. The belt slipped to the left and broke a piece off making it rub and start clicking. I think this happened because I tried to start on level 4. ALWAYS start on the lowest levels (even if you just stepped off of it) and increase after it's spinning again.Overall, I think it's a good deal for $200. I've been using it 3 days a week for about 1-1/2 years. I expect to have to change the belt in it in about another 1/2 to 1 year -- not looking forward to that as there's no instructions on how to do this in the manual.
