Comments: I actually purchased my first health rider from a neighbour and after using it for Winter I purchassed a second one on-line and had it shipped to my Summer location. Use them faithfully and regardless of weather conditions get the exercise I need. With sheduled use and little diet change I have lost considerable weight improving both my diabetes readings and blood pressure over the past year. Doc says if I get any healthier I will be a plant.Thanks, Ron
